The delegation of the Tunisian Esperance sports team arrived in Cairo yesterday evening, where it will play tomorrow, Saturday, at Al-Salam Stadium (Q20, Tunisia time), the second leg of the semi-final round of the African Champions League with Al-Ahly of Egypt.
The Esperance delegation, led by club president Hamdi Al-Madeb, was received by Mohamed Ben Youssef, the ambassador of Tunisia in Cairo, and Mahmoud Al-Khatib, president of Al-Ahly Club.
On the other hand, the Al-Ahly club of Egypt entered a preparatory wait yesterday in Cairo. The South African coach of the team, Pitso Musimani, had invited 23 players to participate in the preparatory training session, namely: Mohamed El-Shennawy, Ali Lotfi, Mustafa Schubert, Mahmoud Waheed, Ahmed Ramadan Beckham, Rami Rabia, Yasser Ibrahim, Mahmoud Kahraba, Hamdi Fathi, Mohamed Sharif, Walid Suleiman, Ayman Ashraf, Badr Banon, Hussein El-Shahat, Aliou Diang and Amr El-Souliya. Salah Mohsen, Muhammad Majdi Afsha, Ali Maaloul, Akram Tawfik, Walter Bwalya, Taher Muhammad Tahir and Junior Ajayi.
Al-Ahly won the first leg last week in Tunisia 1-0
